New Board Members Taking Talent Brand Alliance Into 2021 and Beyond

Our inaugural Talent Brand Alliance board have allowed us to grow in new and exciting ways over the last two years. We’ve almost doubled new member growth, and added five new local chapters internationally.

The bar is set high, and we’re excited to share the next iteration of employer brand, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction leaders to join the board and support our community!

These five impressive talent branders will be joining our current Community and Partnerships board leaders, the amazing Lindsey Sanford and Aaron Kraljev respectively, as well as our co-founders and board co-chairs, Will Staney and Bryan Chaney. See the full board here.

Shaunda Zilich - Membership

Shaunda has a passion to connect people's purpose to what they do everyday. She enjoys her career but enjoys life even more! She continually finds purpose in family, faith, and friends but also helping others turn everyday life into experiences they can 'write home about'.

How does she do this you may ask? By not taking things too seriously, being real, making people laugh, helping people learn from her mistakes and successes, volunteering to transform her community, AND using storytelling and data to connect people to purpose for their full employee lifecycle.

She has been doing this for over a decade, first at General Electric, standing up and running their full Employment Brand department (in 30 different countries) for all GE Businesses (hiring over 80K a year) and now at Qualtrics, a high tech company where not only has she stood up #QualtricsLife but also is connecting it the full employee journey including Attraction, Candidate, and Employee experiences for Qualtrics and their customers.

Camille Richardson - Mentorship

Camille joined Facebook’s Talent Attract team in 2017 to build the team’s first employer brand in-house agency and its first diversity employer brand. Her love for branding began in consumer marketing, with experience across a variety of industries – airlines, home improvement, and hospitality. After a shift to the employer brand world in 2016 leading the newly formed EB team at Macy's/Bloomingdale's, she didn't look back.

Throughout Camille’s career, she’s utilized creative channels and impactful storytelling to engage customers (and now candidates) in authentic and relevant ways that drive strong business results. Camille, her husband Darian, and two boys (2 and 5) currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoy watching Hamilton, trying new restaurants, and nurturing their veggie garden.
