Farrah Ekeroth - global knowledge base

Farrah is an award-winning Employer Brand leader with 10+ years of experience in the marketing and talent attraction space. Having previously led EY’s UK and EMEIA employer brand teams, Farrah now leads their Americas Employer Brand team from Seattle. Outside of her core role, Farrah is just as passionate about DE&I and has previously led EY’s Women’s Network in the UK to accelerate gender parity at EY and beyond.

Pericles Antoniades - eu & uk marketing

Pericles’ 7-year Employer Branding experience started in Zurich, at the Global HQs of UBS in Zurich, before joining Lidl Hellas and Cyprus to build up the Employer Branding department and strategy from scratch. 

Currently he’s leading the Global Employer Branding team at the GameTech company, Kaizen Gaming, focussing on Europe and Latin America.

Shalina Patel - global mentorship

Shalina is an accomplished brand marketing strategist who believes in using authentic storytelling to increase brand awareness and engagement. 

With 15+ years of experience in the UK and Canada, she has worked with B2B brands in the financial services and technology industries. Moving from marketing to employer brand with PwC, she is now the Senior Employer Brand Manager at Ada. Shalina partners with the people operations team to align employer branding with recruitment and retention efforts. 

Aylin Abdullah - eu & uk membership

With a career steeped in Talent Acquisition, Aylin is an entrepreneur who has supported growth plans for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, Corporates and companies in readiness for IPO. 

She advocates people-first strategies and is a true believer in the Japanese Kaizen concept which refers to continuous improvement and incremental changes in business activities. 

She has delivered programmes with leadership teams to understand how Employer Branding is a closed-loop responsibility stretching from candidate experience, bleeding into the employee experience and beyond. 

Kayla Washington - na membership

Kayla Washington is the Director of Global Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Gallagher, a global leader in insurance, risk management and consulting services. Kayla started her early career in public relations 12 years ago, with a passion for authentic storytelling. She believes her purpose is to help others realize that they already possess all the tools they need to be successful. In fact, she co-founded Intermixx because she wanted to give professional athletes a platform to showcase their passions off the football field and basketball court. Working with NBA and NFL clients, she realized that your personal brand identity is pivotal in determining your career path and aligning all professional opportunities. Thus her interest in employer branding blossomed and hasn’t stopped blooming since.
